How it works

Each DrillSleeve is designed for one specific tool model.

• Complete tool-shaped cavity
• Offset by a model-specific clearance
• Protective shell
• Preserve vents, controls, guards, battery release, working surfaces and moving components
• Split once on the vertical center plane
• Exactly LEFT HALF + RIGHT HALF
• Each half oriented for low-support additive manufacturing

Before anything is released

1. The tool's dimensions are researched and measured on the physical tool.
2. A design is drawn and printed.
3. The print is fitted on the exact tool: every vent, control, guard and the battery release must stay clear.
4. Only a design that passes that fit test is released.
